What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications) Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline OR 5+ years of QC experience in a cGMP organization with a solid focus in Microbiology. Location: 100% Site-based at state-of-the-art manufacturing facility (not eligible for remote work). Why You’ll Love Working Here You’ll be at the forefront of modern medicine, working with a team dedicated to pushing scientific boundaries and delivering innovative mRNA therapies. salary: $37 - $37.14 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities What You’ll Do In this full-time, site-based role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our cGMP standards and supporting our mRNA manufacturing processes: Environmental & Utility Monitoring: Perform routine EM and sample critical utilities (water systems and process gases). Analytical Testing: Analyze water samples (TOC, Conductivity, Bioburden, Endotoxin) and test process gases (Particulates, Viable Air, Hydrocarbons, Dewpoint). Core QC Testing: Support mRNA production by executing bioburden, sterility, endotoxin, culture purity, and cell stock identity testing. Lab Support & Quality Systems: Support equipment maintenance, write/revise SOPs, execute data entry using GDP, and assist with deviation/excursion notifications. Qualifications & Transfers: Participate in equipment/method qualifications, validations, and method transfers as needed.
