Physical Therapist / Senior Living Rehabilitation

A rehabilitation organization in Southwest Florida is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide individualized therapy services within senior living communities. This is a permanent opportunity offering a flexible weekday schedule, no weekends or holidays, and one-on-one patient care . The role is well suited for a Physical Therapist who enjoys working with older adults while maintaining a more personalized approach to treatment. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy plans of care.
• Provide one-on-one treatment focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, function, and quality of life.
• Treat a variety of orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and age-related conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Educate patients and families regarding exercises, mobility, safety, and functional goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals involved in patient care.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered rehabilitation services within a senior living environment.

Schedule

• Full-time, permanent position
• Flexible weekday scheduling
• No weekends
• No holidays
• Senior living/community-based setting

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Florida licensure.
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
• Commitment to individualized, patient-centered care.

Experience

• Experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
• New graduates will be considered.
• Previous senior living, geriatric, outpatient, or orthopedic experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation

• $48 to $56 per visit
• Compensation based on experience and credentials.
