Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum one year monitoring diagnostic and therapeutic electrophysiology studies experience required License: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state required Certifications: NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS required Must-Have: - Knowledge of micropace is helpful - Recent acute care experience is required - BSN is highly desired Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our Cardiac Cath Lab. The role involves performing emergency and elective angioplasty and providing various therapies such as drug-eluting stents and electrophysiology. The nurse will assist with pacemaker implantation. Fulfilling the needs of patients, families, and the community is essential. The position includes performing a variety of patient care functions and tasks in accordance with current licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements. Candidates should be willing to help educate staff.
