Sales Engineer Manager

I’m recruiting for a senior-level Sales / Account Leader

The ideal candidate brings experience working with defense system companies, aerospace engineering organizations, or military procurement programs , and understands how to align technical solutions with customer.

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s new customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market ( defense system companies, aerospace engineering organizations, or military procurement programs )
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status and expand new products markets
• Finish other tasks assigned by the upper management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
• 5+ years of sales or business development experience , with demonstrated success in aerospace, defense, or military procurement environments
• Prior experience working with defense system companies, aerospace manufacturers, or government/military customers strongly preferred
• Engineering background or technical sales experience within aerospace or defense industries highly valued
• Proven ability to develop new customer relationships while maintaining and growing existing accounts
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical, operational, and executive-level stakeholders
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
• Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office; ERP or Salesforce experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing environments is a plus

• Domestic traveling ~30%
