Im a proud Antigo native and love serving the community that shaped me. Im a mom of two energetic boys, and family is at the center of everything I do. Im also engaged to a fellow State Farm agent, so this business is truly part of our everyday life. I graduated from Antigo High School and earned my Bachelors degree from UW Green Bay. I started with State Farm in May 2020 as a team member and opened my own agency in May 2022. Were a growing team of four, building a strong, supportive environment together. For our team, we offer PTO, vacation time, a health insurance stipend, maternity leave, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Our office culture is friendly, laidback, and family-oriented. We work hard but also enjoy the process and support each other along the way. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Arika Alft - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
