Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the central supply department, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in the ordering, receiving, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment

• Conduct physical inventories of supplies and equipment to identify discrepancies and discrepancies

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, improve service quality, and resolve supply chain issues

• Collaborate with medical staff to identify supply needs and optimize inventory levels

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for supply management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve supply chain processes and reduce waste

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supply inventory, ordering, and distribution

• Ensure compliance with organization's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

• Ability to lift, carry, and move supplies and equipment as needed
