What You'll Do

As a Landscaping Crew Member, you'll help create and maintain attractive, healthy landscapes for our commercial clients.

Your responsibilities may include:

Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns

Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees

Pruning and maintaining landscape beds

Laying sod and applying fertilizers

Operating and caring for landscaping tools and power equipment

Keeping work areas clean and safe

Helping with snow and ice management during winter

Interested in driving? Qualified team members may also drive company trucks and trailers to job sites. A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are required. No CDL is needed.

What We're Looking For

At least 18 years old

Eligible to work in the U.S.

Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions

Basic English communication skills

A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to work as part of a team

For driving positions, applicants must be at least 20 years old and have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
