The short version

We sell fragrance, home goods, apparel, and footwear live on TikTok — and we need another host who can hold a room.

This is not a "post content and hope" job. You go live in a real studio, with racks of real inventory behind you and a packing team shipping what you sell before the stream ends. Your sales are measured to the dollar, and you get paid on them.

No live selling experience required. We have hosts who came from bartending, retail floors, and theater. What we can't teach is the thing that makes a stranger stop scrolling and stay. If you've got that, keep reading.

What you'll actually do

• Host live selling shows across our channels — Prominent Supply and Prominent Scents , our dedicated fragrance channel. We'll place you where we need you, and where we think you'll do your best work.
• Sell across four categories: perfume, home goods, apparel, and shoes
• Open cold rooms and build energy from zero — not just coast on a crowd someone else warmed up
• Run auctions: call bids, manage pace, close the sale, keep the next item loaded
• Learn the catalog well enough to sell it — notes, sizing, brand comps, why it's worth the price
• Read the room in real time and pivot the lineup when something isn't moving
• Work with the floor team so what you sell is staged, scanned, and shipped correctly
• Debrief after shows: what worked, what died, what we run again tomorrow

Who does well here

• They can ignite, not just sustain. Keeping a hot room going is a skill. Starting one from four viewers is a different skill. We're hiring for the second one.
• They're comfortable being watched. Hours on camera, live, unedited, with comments moving fast.
• They're competitive about numbers. You'll see your sales every night. The right person wants that number to go up.
• They're coachable. Same-night debriefs are part of the job. Ego doesn't survive here; curiosity does.
• They keep their word on the schedule. More on that below — it matters more than anything else on this list.

The schedule

We build it around you. Nights, days, weekends, three shows a week or ten — tell us what you can commit to and we'll work with it.

The one hard rule: once we set it, you hold it. Live audiences learn when you're on, and a host who cancels burns a room it took weeks to build. We'd rather you commit to three reliable shows than promise six and deliver four.

More shows means more commission, so most people ramp up over time.

Requirements

• On-site in Melbourne, FL
• Clear, confident, high-energy on-camera presence
• Comfortable standing and moving for the length of a show
• Able to lift and handle product on set
• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Helpful but not required: live selling, auction hosting, retail or restaurant floor work, hosting gigs, theater, streaming — anything where you had to hold an audience.

We will train the right personality. We can't train personality into the right résumé.

Pay

• Base hourly: $20/hr
• Commission: tiered, on your show's product sales
• Uncapped. Our top hosts earn well above base. The ceiling is your close rate.

Commission begins once you've completed training. It's paid on product sales net of platform fees, shipping, and tax, and kicks in once your day clears the sales threshold — we'll walk you through the exact rates and math in your first interview. No mystery, no moving goalposts.

Prominent Supply is a Melbourne-based live selling and wholesale distribution company. We run Prominent Supply and Prominent Scents on TikTok Live, stock a full warehouse, and ship in-house with a team of about 20. We're growing fast and we promote from within.
