Assembly Technician

Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Assembly Technicians for projects located in or around Bloomington, MN. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $21/hour, based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Performing basic assembly using hand and power tools
Reading and interpreting blueprints/prints for accurate assembly
Routing, fastening, and securing components according to specifications
Follow wire schematics during assembly processes
Complete quality checks to ensure production standards are met
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
Experience using hand and power tools
Ability to read blueprints/prints
Basic understanding of wire schematics
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
