Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level 3 and/or Level 4 NICU setting
• Monitor, assess, and document the condition of critically ill neonatal patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Float to other units or facilities as needed based on staffing and patient care requirements
• Complete required onboarding and annual learning modules as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Minimum 2 years of Level 3 and Level 4 NICU experience
• PICU experience required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Prior travel nursing experience within the last 12 months

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Pediatric nursing experience
• Prior experience in a teaching hospital setting
