Position SummaryUnder the direction of the Branch Manager, Area Managers will serve as the point of contact and provide direction to team members.**SERIOUS CANDIDATES ONLY!**Job Responsibilities Manage team members at their designated locationsCommunicating job expectations, monitoring, coaching, developing and training team membersEnforcement of policies, procedures, and productivity standardsEstablish strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, service and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomesBuild and cultivate team member morale, motivation and loyaltyMeasure performance compliance and requirements and direct appropriate actions by team members to maintain performance at or above required levelsManages allocated budgeted hours vs. worked hours; daily management of staffing needs: absences, monitor turnover and team member relocationParticipates in team member concerns: reporting, follow up, investigating and disciplinary processesCapability to effectively use time managementAbility to apply solutions to resolve issues and/or manage conflictAbility to travel between various sites in a single shiftBasic Qualifications Minimum of 3 years proven management experienceAssociates degree or higherKnowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteSecond Shift (4:00 PM-12:00 AM) availability1-2 years Commercial Clean ExperienceExperience coaching, mentoring and training othersRequired QualificationsMust have a valid driver's licenseMust have valid car insuranceMust have reliable transportationClean Team Offers Travel time up to 1 hour from home officePaid holidays / vacation401KCompensation based upon experienceRoom for advancementMedical benefitsClean Team is a leading provider of facility solutions with over 700 employees and 9 branches offices in Ohio, Michigan and Indiana.
