About the Position

We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for a 36-day locum tenens assignment in Georgia. This position starts on Mar 2, 2026, and offers a rotating schedule of 7a-7p and 7p-7a shifts in a facility with 28 ER bays. The ideal candidate will be proficient in emergency care procedures and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

Perform all emergency care procedures, including central access, arterial line placement, lumbar puncture, intubation, pacing, and orthopedic stabilization
Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting
Manage a wide variety of acute and emergent conditions
Utilize Meditech EHR for patient documentation

Additional Information

Candidates must be board certified in Emergency Medicine
Georgia medical license required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Must demonstrate proficiency in all core emergency procedures
