HVAC Service Technician in Cape Coral

Position Overview Lane Valente Industries offers a broad range of solutions that help multi‑site organizations reduce costs through energy reduction, facility maintenance and value engineering. The HVAC Manager/Service Technician will handle service work and site maintenance for accounts. Job Responsibilities & Requirements Responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction Use a variety of hand‑tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems and products at customer’s location Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers Prepare for on‑site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on‑site work, as necessary Inspect vehicles by checking vehicle condition and cleanliness Able to quote jobs Maintain equipment by inspecting for signs of wear, notifying the customer and/or Operations Manager of findings Document work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files Represent the company by serving as a direct customer contact Determine parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need Record parts, material, labor, subs and other cost data per assignment and return unused resources Turn in all required paperwork and reports in a timely manner Keep current on all products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service and repair Read and interpret product specifications Provide technical support to customers Review product sales metrics and work with on developing appropriate product selling plans and programs Effectively perform needs assessments, develop sales proposals, estimates, specifications and presentations Benefits Offered Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Paid Vacations 401(k) retirement plan with generous company match #J-18808-Ljbffr
