Overview:


We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering Employee Relations Programs, providing internal consulting to management, and serving as an organizational development consultant. This role requires a strong understanding of employment laws, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities:


Administer Employee Relations Programs, including investigative actions, performance counseling processes, and face-to-face counseling and coaching with employees.


Serve as an employee and management advocate, focusing on achieving win-win outcomes and organizational policies while operating within appropriate Federal, State, and Local employment laws.


Provide internal consulting to senior and middle management on strategy and on issues impacting organizational performance and capability.


Serve as an organizational development consultant in the areas of workforce planning, team performance, talent management and development, and organizational change.


Directly interact with all levels of employees, providing counsel, direction, and communication on issues related to employee relations and related issues in an unbiased manneTeach management how to prepare documentation and communicate corrective actions, discipline decisions, and termination decisions.

Maintain factual documentation on all activities and decisions.


Elevate and inform HR Management of pending employment or employment-related compliance risk issues that may impact departments and the organization as a whole.


Prepare various tracking and reporting documents related to employee relation actions as required.


Incorporate data analysis into consulting services as required.

Qualifications:


Education Requirements:


4-year Bachelor's Degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree


Experience:


2+ to 5 years of relevant experience
