Direct message the job poster from Randstad USA The purpose of this position is to be responsible for designing and creating innovative, commercially viable products that deliver value and style, as well as support and deepen the brand value and identity through the development, evolution, and communication of looks. Duties Collaborate with the Director in developing seasonal concepts. Work with the Director & CAD designer to create and develop seasonal print stories. Develop on-brand, trend-right products that drive equity and profitability for the Levi’s brand while upholding aesthetic standards. Sustain effective partnerships with Merchandising, Product Development, and Sourcing to ensure products meet profit, quality, and aesthetic goals. Manage creation and execution of PLM BOM data integrity, including prototypes, commercial samples, and production. Strategize and drive GTM timelines, processes, and deliverables. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Design, or equivalent combination of education and industry experience. 8+ years experience as a designer, responsible for all facets of design and development. Expertise in textiles and product development; strong knowledge of garment construction, patternmaking, fabric construction, finishing techniques, and processes. Proficiency in all design platforms, including Adobe CC and PLM programs. MS Office skills: Word, Excel, Outlook. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to last-minute changes without frustration. Effective interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, especially when working with senior-level directors. Discretion, judgment, tact, and diplomacy. Energetic, positive, helpful demeanor with a passion for design.
