Per Diem MSW Social Worker Case Management (Acute Care)

A reputable health care organization is looking for a per diem Social Worker (MSW) at Newton Medical Center. The candidate will handle discharge planning and provide supportive counseling. This position requires at least one year of experience in a medical setting and an active LSW license from New Jersey.
