Join us and play an important part on our incredible team!What you get to do:You'll ensure only the finest baked products are made and packaged for our parks. This involves producing delicious pastries, desserts, and other baked goods in order to deliver an exceptional experience to guests and Ambassadors alike. You will:Follow and measure recipesMix, scale, and bake a wide variety of productsEnsure proper set up and breakdown of equipmentOperate commercial kitchen equipmentWork as part of a team to provide excellent guest servicePerform general housekeeping and cleaning dutiesConsistently practices safe work habitsCommunicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our GuestsPerform other duties as assignedWhat it takes to succeed:Previous culinary arts education1-2 years of bakery production or deli experienceExperience in a high-volume bakery environmentEnergetic, willing to learn and work as part of a team with minimal supervisionBasic knife skills and knowledge of cake decoratingAbility to carry, push, pull, and lift 50 poundsKnowledge of basic COVID-19 food and beverage safety requirementsStrong communication, customer service, multi-tasking and time management skillsAbility to work flexible hours/shiftsWhat else is important:Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights, if neededPerform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing)Able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat.
