About the Role

The Company is seeking a Global SVP for Retail Excellence to define and lead the global approach to retail excellence, client engagement, and go-to-market execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating the brand vision into elevated and consistent client experiences across various regions and channels. This role involves shaping and implementing global standards for retail excellence, overseeing the coordination of go-to-market initiatives, and guiding the evolution of CRM and clienteling strategies to enhance client relationships and long-term value. Applicants must have a proven track record in retail excellence, client experience, or commercial strategy within a luxury or premium environment at scale. The role requires the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels within a global, matrixed organization, and a strong commercial instinct supported by analytical rigor and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a leader who can partner cross-functionally to ensure the disciplined execution of commercial priorities and key brand moments, and who is adept at aligning merchandising, marketing, and retail teams to deliver cohesive launches. The position is pivotal in the company's focus on strengthening its direct-to-consumer business and enhancing the quality of the client experience worldwide.
