The RN delivers high-quality, evidence-based post-operative care to orthopedic and trauma patients, including assessment, pain management, wound care, and patient education. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, use advanced technology and EHR systems, and champion safety, infection prevention, and personalized care.
