We are recruiting for the following position:Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organizationPhlebotomy Technician (MA-P) – Lab ServicesSea Mar is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician (MA-P) to perform phlebotomy, waived lab tests, automated CBCs, EKGs, and spirometry to support patient diagnosis and treatment. This role ensures accurate specimen collection, testing, documentation, and strong patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform venipuncture and capillary blood draws; ensure proper specimen handlingConduct EKGs and spirometry testing with proper calibration and documentationProcess specimens for reference labs and maintain QC/QA logsMaintain inventory, equipment, and safe lab practices per CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAACommunicate results and coordinate with providers and clinical staffQualificationsActive WA State MA-P (Medical Assistant–Phlebotomist) certification requiredHigh School Diploma/GED (or equivalent)Strong customer service and phlebotomy skillsBilingual English/Spanish preferredMust pass pre-hire competency testSea Mar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive benefits package.Starting Wage: $21.30 per hourWork Schedule: Monday – Friday (Can be edited based on need)Hourly - Hourly Plan, 21.30 USD HourlyWhat We Offer:Sea Mar offers talented and motivated people the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing community health organization.
