Executive Chef Jami Flatt and the Culinary Team, partner with Farmers, Vendors, and Ranchers to create dishes and experiences that celebrate the bounty of the Pacific Northwest.

**Seasonal Position August - October.

Set schedule Thursday, Friday, Saturday 12p-830p

Wages range between $20-23.00 per hour + tips (DOE)

• *Minimum 1 year experience in gourmet, scratch-casual fine dining, Event, Catering and Banquet kitchens*

• Ability to effectively communicate in a busy environment.

• Ability to to do basic math to scale recipes up/down.

• Ability to read recipes, follow directions and take proper notes.

• Ability to work as a team to efficiently and effectively prep/execute the daily goals.

• Ability to show up to work on time with a positive and proactive mindset.
