Job Details:

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical Floor (MS)
• Location: Farmington, New Mexico
• Facility Department/Cost Center: 1005
• Shift: Days, 07:00 - 19:30
• Schedule: 36 hours per week, minimum of 36 hours guaranteed
• Start Date: 07/27/2026
• Required Qualifications: ADN degree in Nursing, current BLS (American Heart Association) certification, at least 1 year of experience in Med/Surg, and RN licensure in the state of New Mexico.
• Preferred Qualifications: Nephrology or dialysis experience, charge nurse experience preferred but not required, observation unit experience a plus.
• Patient Population: Geriatric and adult patients, with common diagnoses including ESRD, Peritoneal Dialysis, and Hemodialysis.
• Unit Information: 24 beds, patient ratios 1:4 to 1:6, equipped with VS machines, bladder scanners, lifts, thermal imaging, and IV pumps/tubes. Electronic health record system used is Cerner.
• Additional Notes: Must demonstrate competency in medical/surgical skills, with flexibility for float shifts as needed based on facility requirements.
