As a clinical provider and patient advocate, you'll be given all the resources you need to provide exceptional care, while expanding your clinical skillset. You'll work in an environment that encourages full clinical autonomy, backed by the ability to tap into a hygiene mentor program.

Toledo Family Dental Care is a fun, energetic, and hard-working 15-person team that takes pride in creating a family atmosphere while delivering exceptional care to our patients. Our fast-paced office is built on collaboration, positivity, and supporting one another, making it a great environment for team members who enjoy staying engaged and making an impact every day.

We're looking for a friendly and engaging hygienist who is easy to talk to, enjoys building relationships with patients, and can quickly learn and adapt in a busy practice setting. Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced provider, you'll be welcomed by a team that values growth, teamwork, and providing a great patient experience.

This full-time opportunity offers a unique schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:45 AM-7:15 PM , plus 1-2 Fridays per month from 6:45 AM-12:15 PM , providing flexibility and extended time away from the office each week. We also offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus and the support of a close-knit team that genuinely enjoys working together. Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
