Qualifications Valid license as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) with pediatric specialization. Certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Preferred: Experience working with pediatric patients and familiarity with pediatric respiratory procedures. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and recommend treatment plans. Operate ventilatory equipment and perform routine tests. Assist in procedures such as bronchoscopy, tracheostomy care, chest physiotherapy, and suctioning. Monitor oxygenation via oximetry and capnography, review chest X‑rays, conduct pulmonary studies. Follow laboratory testing policies and perform CPR according to BLS and ACLS guidelines.
