Logistics Manager

The Logistics Manager at Megger is responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution of electrical testing equipment and related products. This role ensures efficient, cost-effective, and compliant movement of goods across domestic and international markets while maintaining Megger’s high standards of quality and customer service. Key Responsibilities Lead and optimize end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and global distribution of Megger products Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring cost-effective, timely delivery through carrier selection, route optimization, and performance monitoring Oversee warehouse operations (receiving, storage, fulfillment) while maintaining accurate inventory levels and implementing effective control procedures Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, production, customer service, and global teams to align supply chain activities and meet demand requirements Ensure compliance with all domestic and international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and trade laws, maintaining accurate documentation Analyze logistics performance and costs, driving continuous improvement initiatives, process efficiencies, and vendor negotiations Lead, coach, and develop logistics and warehouse personnel, establishing KPIs and fostering a culture of safety and accountability Monitor and improve customer delivery performance, resolving logistics issues and tracking key metrics such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and cost per shipment Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (required) 5–10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment Proven track record managing domestic and international logistics operations Strong knowledge of logistics systems (ERP, WMS, TMS) Understanding of global shipping, customs regulations, and trade compliance Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret logistics data and KPIs Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain analytics tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
