Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to enhance client resilience and coping strategies.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements to protect client confidentiality.

• Collaborate actively with an interdisciplinary treatment team comprised of psychiatrists, nurses, and other social workers to provide comprehensive, coordinated care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
