Server – Job Summary

At Long Doggers Eateries Restaurant Group, our Servers do more than take orders—they create memorable experiences for our Guests! We're looking for friendly, energetic, and service-focused individuals who enjoy connecting with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you're passionate about hospitality and enjoy working with an awesome team, we'd love to meet you!

Our goal is simple: deliver an exceptional guest experience every time. As a Server, you'll help create the fun, welcoming atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back.

What You'll Do

• Welcome every guest with a friendly smile and provide exceptional hospitality from start to finish
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and ensure timely service
• Responsibly serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policies and local regulations
• Deliver food and beverages while maintaining quality presentation
• Process guest payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct calls as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and bar area
• Support fellow team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Contribute to a fun, positive, and team-oriented work environment

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys helping others
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Team player who is dependable and willing to help wherever needed
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Previous serving experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate!

Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages. If you're under 18, we'd still love to have you on our team! Apply for one of our Host, Busser, or Kitchen positions.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8-hour shifts
• Ability to safely lift and carry food trays weighing up to 30 pounds
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
