We have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Estimator in the construction industry. This challenging yet rewarding role offers diverse projects, from multifamily constructions, schools, stadiums, to parking structures, and provides the chance to influence business growth through accurate cost analysis, drafting, and project bidding. Hybrid schedule. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive, detailed project cost estimates from the conceptual design phase through the final construction documents. Participate in the project bidding process, including managing bid invites, communicating with bidders, and analyzing bid packages. Collaborate with project management teams to understand project specifications and to provide cost-effective construction solutions. Conduct risk and opportunity analysis for each project estimate. Prepare draft and final bid proposals for submission to clients. Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal team as well as any third-party project owners and developers. Work on a diverse range of projects, including multifamily constructions, schools, stadiums, and parking structures. Keep up-to-date with the latest construction methods, costs, and materials. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating or a related field. Proven experience in project management and project bidding. Proficiency in drafting and cost analysis. Extensive knowledge of construction methods, costs, and materials. Experience working on diverse projects, including multifamily constructions, schools, stadiums, and parking structures. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
