The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospice nursing and leadership roles, with demonstrated experience in managing patient care programs in new start environments. They will be responsible for overseeing all clinical aspects of the hospice program, including patient admissions, care planning, interdisciplinary team coordination, and regulatory compliance.
