Beyond Yoga is a female-founded, premium active lifestyle brand started in 2005 in Los Angeles. We’re looking for a Sales Stylist to bring the brand to life inside a physical space—leading with intention, driving business results, and building meaningful connections in the community. As part of the Levi Strauss & Co. family, we believe in driving profits through principles. Overview Position: Sales Stylist (Boston, MA – Beyond Yoga Seaport). Employment type: Part-time. The salary range is provided below and may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. Key Responsibilities Drives Results through Customer Experience & Community Building: Execute initiatives to exceed sales goals, increase traffic, and improve key performance indicators. Deliver a hospitality-driven culture where every customer feels seen, heard, and valued. Provide a consistent, elevated experience rooted in authentic connection, with deep product knowledge, and convert based on fabric, fit, and function. Assist in growing brand loyalty through in-store events, community pop-ups, and clienteling. Deliver Merchandising & Operational Excellence: Maintain store standards, follow standard operating procedures, and comply with company policies. Maintain store safety and cleanliness and adhere to health & safety protocols. Culture & Accountability: Contribute to a culture of collaboration, inclusion, accountability, feedback, and celebration. Key Experiences / Qualifications Retail experience, preferably in apparel or activewear. High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service and wellness. Flexible schedule availability to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to perform all essential job functions, maneuver around the sales floor, stock room and office, and lift up to 40 pounds. Reliable transportation. Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this role is $17.30 to $28.80 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications. Current LS&Co employees should apply via Workday.
