Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Rep

LHH is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative for a contract opportunity with a growing organization in the Houston area. This position is ideal for a customer service professional who is fluent in both English and Spanish, thrives in a fast-paced call center environment, and has a history of strong tenure and stability in previous roles.

This role offers the opportunity to support a diverse customer base, resolve inquiries efficiently, and deliver exceptional service while managing a high volume of inbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Handle a large volume of inbound customer calls in both English and Spanish
  
• Assist customers with account questions, service requests, order inquiries, and problem resolution
  
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records in company systems
  
• Research customer concerns and provide timely, professional solutions
  
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed
  
• Maintain service quality standards while meeting productivity goals
  
• Provide a positive customer experience through clear communication and active listening

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English, including verbal and written communication
  
• Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment required
  
• Demonstrated job stability with strong tenure in prior positions
  
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  
• Proficient with computers and customer service software platforms
  
• High School Diploma or GED required

Preferred Experience

• Customer support, contact center, or inbound call center experience
  
• Experience handling escalated customer concerns
  
• CRM, order entry, or data entry experience
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
