Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$2317.44/week - Job Summary: Provide specialized emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment, ensuring timely assessment and treatment of acute conditions while maintaining high standards of patient safety and comfort. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions rapidly upon arrival to determine priority of care. Implement and monitor emergency treatment plans in accordance with established protocols. Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly. Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and post-discharge care instructions. Adhere to all hospital policies, safety standards, and clinical guidelines. Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse license with at least 2 years of emergency department experience. Possess current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Demonstrate strong clinical assessment skills and ability to act swiftly under pressure. Proven ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, high-stress environment.
