Customer Service Representative - Part Time

Job Description

Mancan Temporary Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a local dry cleaner in Medina. The ideal candidate should be adaptable and capable of handling various tasks as needed.

PART TIME OPPORTUNITY!
8a-2p Monday-Friday (1 day off during the week)
8a-2p Saturday Must be able to work

This role will need flexibility required to cover various shifts and tasks, including pressing and tagging dry cleaning for preparation and bagging, as well as providing coverage for opening and closing duties. The ideal candidate will assist with route deliveries, alterations, and housekeeping tasks while delivering exceptional customer service both on the phone and face-to-face. A flexible schedule is essential, with one weekday off and the ability to work on Saturdays included.
