Clinical Physical Therapy Team Leader

Encompass Health is seeking a Clinical Physical Therapy Team Leader to guide inpatient rehabilitation services and support exceptional patient outcomes. In this leadership role, you will coordinate daily caseloads, mentor PT staff, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and ensure evidence-based, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, developing individualized care plans, monitoring quality and safety metrics, and supporting documentation and compliance standards. You’ll champion a collaborative culture, participate in performance improvement, and help drive staff development, specialty training, and clinical excellence.
