Business Loan Specialist

To support the Lending Division, the full-time salaried VP, Business Loan Specialist will assist customers with loan applications, provide exceptional service, and cross-sell company products while maintaining communication throughout the lending process. Key responsibilities: Contact referrals and advise customers on application status and necessary actions Process loan applications accurately and maintain timely updates in the Referral System Cross-sell additional Newtek products and services to enhance customer partnerships Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field 1-4 years of customer service experience Familiarity with financial reports, including business and personal tax returns Sales or lending experience is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and intermediate computer skills
