Assured Quality Systems provides quality services to our clients such as Containment Rapid Response, Onsite Management, Liaison Support, and 3rd Party Sorting. Work Environment:
- Work environments vary by industry and establishment size; some inspectors examine similar products for an entire shift, while others examine a variety of items.
- Must be able to stand, bend, and lift at least 30 lbs. for the entire duration of your shift.
- Safety vest and other required PPE are required to be worn throughout the shift.
LOCATION: Grand Prairie, Texas
SHIFTS:
- 1ST SHIFT: 5:55 AM -6:00 PM (or end of Production) Monday-Saturday $18.00 per hour
- 2nd SHIFT: 1:55 pm -10:00 pm (or end of Production) Monday-Friday $18.00 per hour
- 3rd SHIFT: 9.55 pm- 6:00 am (or end of production) Sunday-Thursday with Rotating Saturdays $18.00 per hour.
- Sunday night shift starts at 8:55 pm
- Paid biweekly.
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FULL SHIFT.
- Must have reliable transportation
Requirements:
Quality Control Inspectors typically do the following:
- Visually or physically inspect parts to see if they meet customer specifications and record the information
- Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
- Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process.
- Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced.
- Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
- Operate electronic inspection equipment and software.
- Accept or reject finished items.
- Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
- Report inspection and test data such as weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quantities inspected.
2nd SHIFT: 1:55 pm -10:00 pm (or end of Production) Monday-Friday $18.00 per hour
3rd SHIFT: 9.55 pm- 6:00 am (or end of production) Sunday-Thursday with Rotating Saturdays $18.00 per hour.
Sunday night shift starts at 8:55 pm
