Chick-fil-A Team Member Full-Time Daytime or Evening Shifts Chick-fil-A Shepherdstown Crossing 219 Gettysburg Pike Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 Chick-fil-A Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A food service. As a Team Member working in the Drive-Thru / Dining Room (Front of House), you will welcome & greet guests, take and prepare customer orders at either the front counter or drive-thru, deliver meals to Guests, maintain cleanliness in the restaurant and ensure each guest has a great experience! As a Team Member working in the kitchen (Back of House), you would prepare and cook food to ensure quality and accuracy of orders, maintain kitchen cleanliness and other kitchen duties.
