Founded in 1993, RPM AV Services is a family-run commercial audiovisual integration company with a reputation for quality, service, and technical expertise. Headquartered in Canton, Georgia, we support commercial AV projects nationwide across corporate, education, hospitality, and large public venue environments.

Our services span the full project lifecycle, from pre-sales design and cable infrastructure to equipment installation, programming, commissioning, and quality assurance. With regional offices in Atlanta, Birmingham, Raleigh, Dallas, and Tampa, we continue to build our presence and expand our capabilities.

What You'll Do

As Branch Manager, you’ll have a direct impact on the success of your branch. You’ll balance business development, operational leadership, financial performance, and team development to build a strong, profitable, and customer-focused operation.

Drive Growth & Build Customer Relationships

• Develop and execute strategies to grow branch revenue, expand market share, and increase profitability.
• Build relationships with existing customers while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Become a trusted partner to customers by understanding their needs, delivering solutions, and consistently following through.
• Develop a strong sales pipeline, evaluate opportunities, and help turn prospects into long-term customers.
• Partner with company leadership to establish growth goals and deliver measurable results.

Lead Operations & Deliver Results

• Take ownership of branch performance, including revenue, gross profit, labor efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet customer commitments and maximize team utilization.
• Work closely with project managers and other branch leaders to coordinate workloads, address challenges, and keep projects moving forward.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, control costs, and increase operational efficiency.
• Ensure projects meet RPM’s quality standards and that required documentation and procedures are completed consistently.
• Manage branch facilities, vehicles, tools, and equipment responsibly.

Build & Develop a High-Performing Team

• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain talented employees who take pride in their work.
• Set clear expectations, provide coaching, and hold team members accountable for performance.
• Create an environment where employees feel supported, challenged, and motivated to succeed.

What We're Looking For

We’re interested in leaders who combine technical credibility with strong business instincts and the ability to bring out the best in people.

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of commercial audiovisual industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading technicians, field crews, or operational teams.
• Experience building customer relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth.
• Strong understanding of commercial AV systems, installation practices, and project execution.
• Ability to interpret AV drawings, bid documents, and project specifications.
• Experience managing schedules, staffing, and competing operational priorities.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to accountability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business applications.

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience managing a branch, regional operation, or AV installation business.
• AVIXA CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D certification.
• Experience with Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, AMX, Biamp, Chief, or similar AV technologies.
• OSHA 30 certification.
