Assistant Manager
Job duties include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, cleaning equipment and facility, and delivering products by car to customers' doors. Training provided on the job. Essential skills include comprehension and communication, basic math, motor coordination, and ability to work in varying conditions.
Work conditions include exposure to varying weather, temperature changes, food odors, dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving parts. Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, reaching, and hand tasks.
