• Pay Rate: $30-$35/hour (includes a $25-$30 base hourly rate plus an average $5/hour company benefits contribution).

What You'll Do

• Complete bathroom remodels from demolition through installation
• Remove and replace tubs, showers, wall surrounds, and fixtures
• Install acrylic and solid-surface shower systems
• Perform light plumbing and carpentry work
• Install vanities, flooring, trim, mirrors, lighting, and accessories
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
• Deliver exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of residential remodeling experience
• Bathroom remodeling experience preferred
• Experience with acrylic shower systems, carpentry, and light plumbing
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently
• Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
