We are seeking LPCC and IMFT Supervisors to provide clinical and billing supervision for LPCs, LMFTs, and interns while maintaining a small caseload of at least 4–5 clients per week . This is a hybrid position , with opportunities to work both virtually and from our Marion, OH office . Our private practice offers autonomy and independence while maintaining a sense of community, and our Mindfully Academy provides training opportunities in different modalities and specializations, such as DBT, EMDR/Trauma, child/Adolescent, SUD, Couples/IFS/Emotion Focused/Gottman and much more.

Required qualifications:

• Licensed LPCC-S or IMFT-S in the state of Ohio.
• Comfortable supervising LPCs, LMFTs, and/or Interns under your license.
• Comfortable with part-time 1099 position.

Supervisor Compensation:

· $100 per payroll - granted to clinical supervisors for each supervisee.

Caseload Compensation for Supervising Clinician:

· $43 to $47 per client hour depending on caseload.
