Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility activities
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising PT
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT in a timely manner
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and rehabilitation techniques
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Maintain compliance with facility standards and state/federal regulations

Requirements

• Active PTA license in NJ required to start the assignment
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• BLS/CPR certification
• Prior SNF experience preferred
