In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support across various channels. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive overall experience.

- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer problems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools.
