Juice Bar Attendant

Our Juice Bar Attendant reports directly to the Juice Bar Manager and provides a welcoming, professional, and helpful experience to all members. They keep workstations spotless, prepare specialty drinks, answer member questions, and deliver a positive atmosphere to support every member’s fitness journey. Position Purpose Be a great host and create a fun atmosphere for members, guests and staff. Responsibilities Greet members and guests with a friendly and professional attitude Prepare and serve specialty drinks Regularly speak and interact with members, guests and staff Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation Follow health and safety guidelines Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items Replenish, monitor, and control inventory Provide customers with product details, such as nutritional information or preparation descriptions Complete other tasks assigned by management Monitor drawer counts for completion and accuracy every two hours Maintain the highest level of security and protect the company’s assets from theft Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a similar role Experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude Ability to multitask and handle a fast‑paced environment Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with gym management software Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Embraces the company’s core values Requirements CPR certification required within 30 days of hire Must attend all mandatory company trainings within 30 days of employment Abide by all current company policies and SOPs, which may be updated Ability to work in a gym setting, moving about club floors and rooms, and communicating with employees, members, and the public Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 40 lbs Standing or walking for extended periods and maintaining a professional demeanor, clear communication, and a clean uniform Ability to access and operate company computer systems to prepare documents, enter data, and read reports from databases or email systems Pay Range California Pay Range: $17.87 – $18.87 USD Benefits A highly energetic and collaborative team A management team that cares about your professional development Free membership for you and one family member Discounted personal training and merchandise, including supplements Employee referral program Daily pay offered – access your funds before payday Competitive pay plus vacation, holiday and sick pay* Group health, dental, vision, supplemental life and employee assistance program offered* 401(k) with company matching* Personal education growth options with Sophia Learning * Based on eligibility of tenure and full‑time vs. part‑time employment.
