Minimum Requirements

Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Will accept New Grads

Assignment Details

Patient Population: Outpatient Ortho Will accept First Time Travelers: Yes Will accept a PTA: No Productivity expectation is 60 visits/week Will see 12-14 patients/day Double-booking of follow up visits expected OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked
