RN Nurse Manager - Med Surg Float Pool

RN Nurse Manager - Medical Surgical Float Pool Team Full‑Time Leadership position. Accountable for the delivery of high‑quality nursing care and for the administrative management of multiple nursing units and/or FTE's over 80 on a 24‑hour basis. Fulfills all duties and responsibilities associated with the unit manager position, demonstrating proficiency in delivering care to an age‑specific patient population (infants, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, pediatrics) and participating in related continuing education.
