AI Innovation Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced AI Strategist to define, prioritize, and operationalize Artificial Intelligence initiatives across the organization. This role will bridge business strategy, data science, product, operations, and technology teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities and lead enterprise-wide AI adoption.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, program leadership, stakeholder management, and a practical understanding of AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI, automation, analytics, and intelligent workflow transformation.

This role is responsible for building the organization’s AI roadmap, governance framework, vendor strategy, and execution model while ensuring measurable business outcomes.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in: Digital transformation, AI/ML strategy, Program management, Enterprise technology initiatives
• Experience leading cross-functional enterprise programs.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP, Data governance, Cloud AI ecosystems
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

Previous experience 

• You're deeply engaged with the AI ecosystem, and stay current on recent AI tooling/innovation
• Technical foundation: ideally, a software engineering or security engineering background
• Program management experience in regulated, high-trust environments (security, privacy, compliance)
• Excellent cross-functional facilitation; can drive decisions across stakeholders with different priorities
• Operational rigor: documentation, artifacts, audit trails, escalation pathways, process improvement are second nature
• Can translate AI controls into practical team workflows
