Hospitalist - Physician

Join a dedicated team as an Internal Medicine Hospitalist in Los Angeles, CA, providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative hospital environment. Responsibilities Providing patient care in a hospital setting without performing procedures. Participating in rapid response and code teams, utilizing BLS and ACLS certifications. Engaging in team collaboration to ensure seamless care transitions and community health initiatives. Utilizing EPIC and informatics platforms for documentation and patient management. Qualifications Board certification or eligibility in internal medicine. Open to new graduates, residents, and fellows. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams and patients. Business‑minded with an interest in operational and financial aspects of hospitalist practice. Flexibility, openness to feedback, and commitment to patient‑centered care. Additional Details Full‑time schedule with a 7‑days‑on, 7‑days‑off rotation, mostly day shifts with occasional night shifts. Competitive annual compensation of $220k-$240k (1099).
