Pediatric Speech Pathology - Saint Paul, MN

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly desired
• Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain before start date
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills to work with students, educators, and families
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Familiarity with both in-person and digital therapy modalities is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for K-12 students
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to integrate communication goals into students' daily learning routines
• Document assessments, progress reports, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for support services
• Deliver both individual and group therapy tailored to student needs
• Offer guidance, resources, and support to teachers and families to foster effective communication strategies
