Tech - Cath Lab/EP

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide specialized cardiac diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures within a catheterization lab environment. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care through advanced imaging technology.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain cardiovascular imaging equipment, including Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology devices.
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor patient vitals and condition throughout procedures, responding promptly to any changes.
• Ensure proper documentation of procedures, results, and equipment maintenance.
• Comply with all safety protocols and regulatory standards to maintain a sterile and safe environment.
• Facilitate patient prep and post-procedure care as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold an unencumbered CVT/RCIS registration.
• Possess current Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
• Maintain AHA ACLS certification.
• Have at least one year of experience or training in a Cath Lab or Angio hospital setting.
• Verify high school diploma or equivalent in accordance with CAP requirements.
